Smoke and berries on the nose, very individual style, baked prunes, some orange zest, dried figs, develops with aeration. Noticeably soft on the palate, but interesting at the same time, fruity and spicy, warm and ripe in a Southern style, velvety tannins, delicate oak with some flair, attractive finish.
