Translate to English Vegetabiler und leicht an eingemachten Champignons erinnernder Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen und zart erdigen Tönen. Ganz trockene, feinsaftige Frucht mit hefigen und vegetabilen Noten, lebendige, feine Säure, ganz leicht speckige Nuancen und ein Hauch Gummi am Gaumen, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, etwas Griff, noch jung wirkend, im Hintergrund mineralische Anklänge, guter mit recht frischem Saft.
