Nutty nose, ripe, partly dried apples, touch of melon. Clear, creamy and nutty on the palate, very ripe fruit, moderate acidity, persistent and full-bodied, loads of substance, has some depth, very well balanced in spite of the high alcohol level, very good finish.

Editor note: Preserved melon and pomaceous fruit onthe nose, some leeks, mature but fairly restrained nose, herbaceous notes. Soft, quite supple on the palate, gentle, rather broad and tranquil preserved apple fruit, some melon and melissa, persistent, integrated acidity, full-bodied, but not clumsy, elegant mineral notes, light oaky touch, has some depth and lots of substance, very good finish.
