Complex honeyed nose, delicate touch of bitter medicinal herbs, whiff of bread, undergrowth, candied melon and some lychee. Polished, herbaceous fruit on the palate, candied Mediterranean fruit, caramelized apple and melon, some more honey and bread crust, hint of roses, very polished acidity provides good balance for the residual sugar, elegant style, hint of caramel on a long finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2030+. What our ratings mean
