Translate to English Herber, grasig-kräuteriger Zitrusduft mit leicht erdig-mineralischen Tönen und einer Spur Holunder. Kräftig, griffig und würzig im Mund, trockene, dabei saftige Frucht, getrocknet-pflanzliche bis leicht tabakige Aromen, feine Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, viel Schmelz, im Hintergrund recht deutliche Mineralik, gewisse Alkoholwärme, wieder auch etwas Holunder, sehr guter Abgang.

Editor note: Tart, elegant, spicy nose, citrus fruit, green berries, elderberry and a hint of cassis, herbaceous and mineral notes. Full-bodied and spicy on the palate, ripe fruit, herbaceous notes, prominent elderberry, nutty traces, elegant acidity, very creamy, good grip and substance, good persistence, good to very good finish.
