Clear, elegant, spicy nose, light floral notes, partly dried and candied yellow fruit, mineral as well as very light ethereal notes. Concentrated, partly candied and preserved, very sweet fruit on the palate, yellow spice, candied floral aromas, very elegant acidity, persistent, some grip, touch of almonds and peanuts in the background, hint of citrus zests and cinnamon, creamy texture, delicate bite, still young, more spice and sugar candy on a very good, creamy and very sweet finish.
