2015 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Stoan, Alto Adige, Italy

Fairly complex nose, herbaceous with yellow spice and light floral notes, vegetal notes, some root vegetables, yellow fruit, peppery traces, fairly prominent mineral notes. Fairly tart yellow fruit on the palate, vegetal, floral and spicy aromas, light nutty notes, very elegant, lively acidity, full-bodied, but also polished, moderate tannins, cool mineral notes in the background, good depth, gripping, less creamy than one would expect considering the high level of alcoholm hint of black berries in the background, peppery and salty notes, very good long finish.
