2015 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Pinot Grigio Unterebner, Alto Adige, Italy

Firm nose, nutty notes, light yeasty notes, broccoli, pomaceous fruit, moderate oak, hint of bacon, dried herbs, pine nuts, resiny traces, fairly prominent mineral notes. Firm, juicy fruit on the palate, nutty notes, light spicy oak, elegant vegetal aromas, fairly lively acidity, creamy, good grip, full body, very good substance, salty and some more resiny notes in the background, dried herbs and flowers, tobacco, good depth, compact, still very young, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, light bitter touch on a very good juicy, tart, spicy finish. Give it some time to mature.
