Editor note: Light nutty oak on the nose, light dried floral and some animal notes, predominently red and some black berries, touch of aubergine and beet root, peppery and earthy notes. Fairly firm, tart fruit on the palate, slightly sooty, tart, nutty oak fine sandy tannins, light bite, good persistence, herbaceous traces, earthy and salty mineral notes in the background, light peppery notes, fairly firm structure, some depth, touch of smoked bacon on a very good, tart, juicy, mineral finish.
Best to drink: To 2024+
