2005 Basilikata IGT dolce L' Autentica, Basilicata, Italy

Dried yellow fruit on the nose, some cloves, honey, carob and coriander, apples on a slightly oxidative nose. Light herbaceous notes, honey, spicy with light muscat notes, fairly creamy, but also has some rough and fairly bitter components, not particularly deep, but has some substance and some light mineral notes, slightly medicinal herbaceous notes on an attractive finish.
