Delicate yeasty and nutty notes on the nose, hint of tobacco, whiff of red berries, some pomaceous fruit, touch of egg white. Clear, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, nutty and yeasty notes, hint of tobacco, moderate tannic grip, fairly persistent, fine mousse, hint of mushrooms, touch of egg white again, good to very good, fairly firm and slightly sweet finish.
