2015 Valle d'Itria IGP Minutolo Alture 350, Apulia, Italy

Dried-vegetal and slightly candied-nutty nose, ripe, partly preserved yellow fruit with prominent floral aromas and mineral traces in the background. Clear, quite juicy fruit on the palate, elegant, cool herbaceous and floral notes, very elegant, lively acidity, hint of white pepper, good persistence, polished, salty mineral notes in the background, hint of sugar, yeasty and tart earthy notes , good to very good finish.
