Fairly tart nose, light vegetal, herbaceous and floral notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit aromas, hint of bacon. Clear, tart, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, surprisingly cool in view of the high level of alcohol, elegant acidity, light grip, good persistence, earthy notes in the background, nutty traces, hint of tobacco, hint of rubber, earthy and mineral traces, good to very good finish.
