Reife dunkle Frucht, teils eingekocht wirkend, nussiges und schokoladiges Holz, feinsandige, überwiegend mürbe Tannine, recht kräftig und schmelzig, ein wenig antrocknend, im Hintergrund schwarze Oliven, wärmender Alkohol, auch im Abgang ein wenig kompottig und schokoladig-holzwürzig.
