Cool, tart nose, dried vegetal notes, red and black berries, earthy notes, old oak, dried flowers, tart spicy notes. Clear, juicy fruit on the palate, prominent wild herbs and spices, earthy notes, delicate hint of bacon, touch of old oak, dried mushrooms, good persistence, full-bodied and firm, some spicy, smoky notes on a very good finish.
