Translate to English Kühle pflanzliche bis kräuterige und erdige, fast schon steinige Nase mit zurückhaltenden, hellen gelbfruchtigen Noten. Klare, frische, eher kühle, wieder helle Frucht, nussige und wachsige Nuancen, im Hintergrund etwas Salz, feine Säure und ein Hauch Gerbstoff, im Hintergrund Pfeffer, angedeutet grüner Speck und Hülsenfrüchte, recht gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, sehr guter Abgang.
