2016 Chianti Classico DOCG, Tuscany, Italy

Aroma of red and black berries with some pomegranate as well as slightly tobacco, floral and spicy nuances. Ripe, quite juicy fruit with slightly smoky and tobacco wood notes, some bite and taut, youthful, yet quite fine tannins, good substance and persistence, has power, a touch of nut butter in the background, spicy flavors, very slightly drying, very good, again a little woody finish.
