Translate to English Herber, eher kühler, pflanzlicher und hefiger Duft nach Zitrusfrüchten und grünen Äpfeln mit heller Holzwürze. Jugendlich im Mund, erstaunlich kühl wirkend, frisch-pflanzlich bis kräuterig und deutlich hefig, zurückhaltende helle, auch herbe Frucht, wenig entwickelt, lebendige Säure, noch ganz leicht gedeckt und trocknend, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, salzige Töne im Hintergrund, einen Hauch floral, guter bis sehr guter Abgang mit Biss.
