Editor note: Elegant nose with delicate herbaceous notes, yellow fruit, light spicy notes. Gentle, soft, preserved pomaceous fruit on the palate, fairly persistent, delicately bitter herbs and spices, moderate cidity, has some substance, clearly shows its origin, slightly noticeable alcohol on a good finish. Very good partner with food, gives an indication of what the fame of Frascati was originally based on.
