Translate to English Duft nach reifen, teils angetrockneten roten Beeren mit getrocknet-floralen Nuancen, altholzigen Tönen und erdigen bis ineralischen Anklängen. Reife rote Frucht im Mund, zart nussige und holzige Aromen, feines, mürbes Tannin, ein wenig Trockenkräuter im Hintergrund, hat Kraft und Wärme, gute Nachhaltiglkeit und Substanz, gewisse Würze, getrocknet-florale Aromen, eine Spur Marmelade, sehr guter, saftiger Abgang. Hat sich gut entwickelt.

Editor note: Translate to English Eigenwilliger, etwas röstiger, auch an Sauerbratenfond erinnernder Duft nach Senfsaat, Wacholder, Lorbeer und schon ziemlich gut abgehangenem Fleisch mit Aromen getrockneter roter und etwas schwarzer Früchte, etwas Holz, Pfeffer, Sellerie und geschmorten Karotten. Recht saftige Frucht im Mund, wieder Senfsaat, Wacholder, Sellerie und Lorbeer, kräuterige und leicht erdige Töne, feinsandiges Tannin, viel Schmelz am Gaumen, gute Substanz, nussige und fleischige Aromen, etwas Kandis, ganz leicht flüchtige Töne, im Hintergrund kühle Mineralik, sehr guter Abgang, wieder mit deutlich an Sauerbratenfond erinnernden Aromen. Eigenwillig, aber gut.
