Translate to English Getrocknet-pflanzlicher bis tabakiger Duft nach reifen roten und etwas schwarzen Beeren mit nussigen Anklängen, getrocknet-floralen Aromen sowie einer Spur Teer. Herbe Frucht im Mund, altholzige, erdige und leicht nussige Töne, wieder eine Spur Tabak und Teer, präsentes, feinsandiges, leicht antrocknendes Tannin, getrocknet-pflanzliche Nuancen, ein Hauch Zitrusfrüchte, etwas Salz im Hintergrund, ein wenig gedeckt, wird mit Luft aber saftiger, gute Substanz, recht fest, sehr guter, herber Abgang. Hat mit der Reife klar gewonnen.

Editor note: Translate to English Etwas röstiger und speckiger Duft nach sehr gut abgehangenem Rindfleisch, Senf, geschmorten Zwiebeln und Sellerie mit deutlich tabakigen Aromen, etwas getrockneten Pilzen, angetrockneten gemischten Beeren und erdigen Noten. Reife Frucht im Mund, Nuss-Nougat-Töne, wieder Lorbeer, Sellerie und etwas Senf, teils etwas grob-holziges, teils aber auch mürbes Tannin, gute Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, nicht ewig tief, kräuterige Nuancen, vegetabile Aromen, sehr guter Abgang.
