Translate to English Einen Hauch animalischer und pfeffriger, deutlich kräuteriger, erdiger und leicht säuerlicher Duft mit rot- und schwarzbeerigen Noten. Klare, recht geschliffene Frucht im Mund, feine Würze, zart hell-tabakige Noten, feinstaubiges Tannin, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, kühle Elemente, etwas Mineralik im Hintergrund, zarter Säurebiss, ein wenig helle Schokolade, dann deutlich Provence-Kräuter, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.

Editor note: Translate to English Zart säuerlicher Duft nach teils eingemachten roten Beeren und hellen Kirschen mit Provencekrauternoten, ein wenig schwarzen Beeren und zart gewürzig-holzigen Aromen. Feinsaftige Frucht im Mund, erdige, nussige und gewürzige Töne, wieder auch Provence-Kräuter, relativ feines Tannin, mandelige Töne im Hintergrund, zart vegetabile und auch deutlich mineralische Aromen, relativ kräftig, gute Nachhaltigkeit, ganz eigene Art, guter Abgang.
