Mature nose, nutty oak, light leathery notes and a hint of tobacco, predominantly black berries, earthy and cedary notes. Ripe, warm, juicy, creamy fruit on the palate, partly preserved, moderate acid bite, integrated tannins, good substance and persistence, full body, noticeable high alcohol, hint of rum punch, dried herbs, hint of cocoa, some depth, very good, slightly jammy finish.

Reife, saftige, teils getrocknet und eingemacht wirkende Frucht, bitterschokoladige Holznoten, feinsandiges Tannin und leichter Säurebiss, gute Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, getrocknet-kräuterige bis tabakige Aromen, ganz leicht rauchig, gute Nachhaltigkeit, hat Kraft, im Hintergrund mineralische Anklänge, Kaffeenoten, sehr guter, herb-saftiger und würziger Abgang.
