Light herbaceous and mineral notes on the nose, some yellow spice, yellow fruit, hint of sage and pepper, mineral notes. Clear, tart, firm fruit on the palate, yeasty and nutty aromas, prominent chalky mineral notes, prominent dried sage, peppery traces, elegant acidity, some depth and grip, fairly complex, very good, tart, juicy, slightly spicy mineral finish. A pleasure to drink.
