Somewhat earthier, dried vegetable to tobacco and slightly woody aroma of ripe, predominantly dark berries and a little cherry with a hint of soup herbs. Rather tart fruit in the mouth, earthy notes, a little tobacco and herbs, noticeable acid bite, present, a little brittle tannin, good substance and persistence, salty notes, some cedar, bitterish nut tones and old wood, hinted at cocoa, very good, tart finish.
