Translate to English fester Duft nach teils eingemachten schwarzen und roten Beeren mit ein wenig Provencekräutern und angedeutet Pfeffer. Herb-saftige, eher kühl wirkende Frucht mit leicht röstigen, nussigen und tabakigen Holznoten, recht lebendiger Säure und noch eher jugendlichen Tanninen, nachhaltig und griffig am Gaumen, erdige Noten, auch ein wenig Salz, etwas gebrannte Nüsse im Hintergrund, hat Kraft und Substanz, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, recht straffer Abgang. Darf noch ein wenig reifen.
