Firm, clear, very slightly developed aroma of ripe, predominantly dark berries and a little cherry with herbaceous, floral and very slightly meaty flavours. Taut, juicy, tart, rather dark fruit, present, fine tannin and some bite, slightly smoky and roasted notes, a little juniper and pepper, plus roasted and bitter chocolate flavours, Mediterranean herbs in the background, persistent, has power, depth and also a certain freshness, very good, firm, tart-juicy and finely spicy finish.
