Cool, slightly vegetal pomaceous fruit with herbaceous nuances, light floral traces and some mineral notes. Clear, polished, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, delicate nutty and buttery notes, very elegant acidity, good persistence, light vanilla, mineral traces, still youthful, yeasty traces, good, elegantly juicy and again slightly creamy finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2019+. What our ratings mean
