2014 Barbaresco DOCG Santo Stefano, Piedmont, Italy

Firm, fairly dep nose, tobacco and light cedary notes, red and black berries, light ethereal notes, hint of bacon, violets, vegetal traces, earthy and mineral notes. Ripe, polished, clear, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, light ethereal notes, moderate oak, candied nutty aromas, light toasted notes, floral traces, very fine youthful tannins, persistent, excellent substance and depth, spicy traces in the background, firm structure, still very young, already quite supple, complex, very good long, enchanting, juicy finish with some watermelon and elegant spice. Finesse and elegance.
