Astringent, firm, somewhat tobacco scent of red and black berries with delicate fleshy tones, pepper, a little bit of dried herbs, animal traces and clear minerality. Firm, finely juicy, ripe, rather tart fruit, spicy, slightly herbaceous and delicate melon tones, a hint of fresh butter, fine tannin, some bite, clear, rather chalky minerality, persistent on the palate, still young, a hint of rock candy, good depth, pomegranate tones, very good finish with much tart, at first predominantly red, but becoming darker with air
