Translate to English Fester, fleischiger und leicht röstiger Duft nach gemischten Beeren und ein wenig Kirschen mit Provencekräuternoten und einem Hauch Teer, ein wenig Granatapfel, angedeutet Pfeffer und speckigen Nuancen. Reife, eher dunkle, fest gewirkte, herb-saftige Frucht, leicht rauchig und getrocknet-pflanzlich bis kräuterig am Gaumen, feines, straffes Tannin und gewisser Säurebiss, ein Hauch Ruß am Gaumen, angedeutete Zitrustöne, leicht erdig, wird mit Luft feiner und saftiger,m gewinnt auch noch an Schliff, sehr guter, fester, herb-saftiger, auch salziger Abgang, wieder mit viel Biss.
