2003 Barolo DOCG Riserva Vignolo, Piedmont, Italy

In großartiger Verfassung.

Editor note: Preserved red berries and some plums on the nose, vegetal, earthy and herbaceous notes, light mineral notes in the background. Very juicy on the palate, clear, ripe fruit, fairly prominent, mature and very fine tannins, very creamy, elegant, slightly sweetish as well as tart spicy notes, cedary traces, earthy notes, excellent depth and persistence, very well balanced, juicy on a very good, long finish.
