2016 Barbera d'Alba DOC Superiore Vigna del Cuculo, Piedmont, Italy

Clear scent of mixed berries and some cherries with dried floral nuances and nutty traces. Clear, polished, elegantly juicy fruit with a delicate acid bite and fine tannins, some salt in the background, good sustainability, despite its strength also has elegance, remains relatively cool, a hint of citrus zest, very good, tart, fairly polished finish. Still has to ripen a little.
