2007 Chablis Premier Cru AOC la singulière, Burgundy, France

Apples and melon on the nose with a touch of citrus, mienral notes reminiscent of mussel shells, light nutty notes with buttery traces, delicate yeasty notes. Clear, polished fruit on the palate, elegant and juicy, more chalky mineral notes, delicate yeasty notes, very elegant acidity, fairly playful and livelym good persistence, nutty traces and delicate salty notes, harmonious, good finish.
