Woody spicy, slightly smoky and a little meaty, animal and onion scent of black berries and cherries with earthy notes. Tart, juicy, fairly firm fruit with slightly greasy and smoky wood notes, some meat, herbs and a hint of pepper, present, rather fine tannins, good substance and persistence, salty and earthy mineral notes in the background, slightly onion, good to very good good, canned, juicy and a little smoky finish.

Best to drink: 2020-2026+. What our ratings mean
