Tart, slightly tart nose, dark berries and cherries, herbaceous and vegetal notes, some bacon, earthy notes and a touch of pepper. Clear, tart, fairly cool fruit, prominent bite, peppery notes, dried vegetal and earthy and mineral notes, fairly persistent, some tobacco and very light onion notes, touch of tar and bacon, nutty notes, good to very good, tart, slightly astringent finish.
