Klare, straffe und recht geschliffene, wieder kühle, herbe Frucht mit recht deutlich hefigen Aromen, sehr feine Säure, zarter Griff, frische pflanzliche bis kräuterige und angedeutet florale Noten, kreidig-salzige Mineralik, gute Nachhaltigkeit, eleganter Stil mit Biss, sehr guter Abgang.
