Somewhat herbal, floral and clearly yeasty aroma with restrained pome fruit notes. Delicate, tart fruit, yeasty aromas, some herbs and floral tones, fine mousseux, delicate tannin, certain substance and persistence, nutty traces, a hint of butter, good to very good finish
