1999 Reserva "Quinta de S. João Batista", Tejo, Portugal

Preserved red and black berries on the nose, some cedar wood, clean with delicate roasted notes and some mineral traces. Very clear, too, on the palate, straightforward, elegantly juicy, very fine tannins spread evenly, very restrained oaky note, more mineral notes, delicate herbaceous notes, not exceptionally deep, but very harmonious, attractive to long finish.
