Intense nose with preserved and dried prunes on the nose, blueberries and preserved cherries, light malted and floral notes. Full-bodied and yet quite a cool style, loads of medium-fine, evenly distributed tannins, light acid bite, some eucalyptus on the palate, quite persistent, some dark chocolate in the background, not particularly deep, its brash style covers up a lack of substance, attractive finish.
