2017 Soave Classico DOC Brognoligo, Veneto, Italy

Clearly vegetal, slightly earthy and a hint of mushroom with restrained yellow fruit aromas and hint of bacon. Also rather reserved, ripe fruit in the mouth, nutty, buttery and vegetal notes, a hint of pepper, fine acidity, still very slightly drying tannins, a certain warmth on the palate, sweetish melting, some salt in the background, has a grip, quite strong, good to very good finish.
