Concentrated garnet, showing some maturation. Roasted aromas, vanilla, coconut, ripe black berries, plums and cherries. Clean and juiy on the palate, classy fruit, fine, still slightly chunky tannins evenly distributed, roasted, toasted oak aromas, mineral notes in the background, good persistence, very full-bodied, excellent balance, almost a cool style, tart but good finish.

Best to drink: 2006-2010. What our ratings mean
