Translate to English Leicht rauchige, erdige und getrocknet-pflanzliche bis tabakige Nase nach teils angetrockneten, überwiegend roten Früchten und ein wenig Aubergine mit einem Hauch Suppenkräutern, Speck und mineralischen Anklängen. Fest gewirkte, herbe rote Frucht im Mund, erdige und pflanzliche bis kräuterige Aromen, leicht angetrocknet-floral, merklicher Säurebiss, ein Hauch Zitrusfrüchte und Kernobst am Gaumen, frische, animierende, an Wassermelone und Salatgurke erinnernde Aromen, ausgezeichnete Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, straffes, recht feines, dabei noch leicht sandiges Tannin, ein wenig Granatapfel im Hintergrund, viel Salzige Mineralik, ein Hauch Kakao und Kandis, noble, dunkle Würze von sehr gutem Kaffee, gute Tiefe, sehr guter, wieder straffer und ziemlich saftiger Abgang mit Biss und Zug.
