2011 Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC La Guardia, Piedmont, Italy

Slightly oxidative and a little vegetal scent with red berry aromas, some nut and damp undergrowth. Tart fruit in the mouth, again slightly old woody and also a little dried vegetal notes, smoky traces, not very deep, a little drying tannin, decent finish.
