Leicht süßliche Frucht mit hefigen, vegetabilen und ganz leicht floralen Tönen, feines, lebendiges Mousseux, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, etwas Griff, mineralische Nuancen im Hintergrund, hat Leben, gewisse Frische, ein wenig Kandis, kreidige Nuancen, hätte die merkliche Dosage eigentlich gar nicht nötig, sehr guter, recht straffer, süßlich-saftiger Abgang mit Biss.
