Translate to English Kühler, hefiger, etwas vegetabiler und pilziger Duft mit hellen gelbfruchtigen Noten, kräuterig-pflanzlichen Tönen, Muscheln und einem Hauch Pfeffer. Klare, straffe, feinsaftige, eher kühle Frucht, deutlich hefig und nussig, pflanzliche bis kräuterige Aromen, recht feines, lebendiges Mousseux, nachhaltig, hat Griff, Brot- und Briochenoten im Hintergrund, ein Hauch Speck, pilzige Nuancen, wieder auch ganz leicht pfeffrige Würze, zarte Kandissüße im Hintergrund, hele tabakige Spuren, sehr guter Abgang.
