Translate to English Kühle, deutlich pflanzliche und hefige Nase mit hellen gelbfruchtigen Noten, etwas Muschelschalen, Algen, floralen Nuancen und gewisser Mineralik im Hintergrund. Klare, recht saftige, nicht ganz trockene, reife Frucht, feines Mousseux, nussige, getrocknet-florale und hefige Aromen, sehr gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, ein Hauch Butterkaramell im Hintergrund, zarter Griff von mürbem Gerbstoff, relativ cremige Textur, gute Tiefe, sehr guter, wieder recht saftiger Abgang mit hefigen, pflanzlichen und nussigen Anklängen.
