Champagne Deutz
Winery Wines

2009 Champagne AOC Brut Cuvée "William Deutz", Champagne, France

Complex, yeasty, nutty and mushroom-like scent of crumbly pome fruit and brioche with herbaceous nuances. Clear, ripe, juicy fruit, not completely dry, herbal to herbaceous, yeasty and delicately nutty aromas, hinted floral on the palate, a touch of pepper, fine mousseux, some grip, lasting, some depth, a hint of candy, quite complex, chalky nuances in the background, also red-berry tones, very good to long, juicy, finely spicy and somewhat creamy finish.
