Geradlinige, hefige, süßliche Frucht, vegetabile Noten, helle Nusstöne und merklich Salz am Gaumen, lebendiges, mittelfeines Mousseux, ein wenig Kandis, im Hintergrund Bittermandeln, Trockenkräuter und Zimtblüte, leichter Gerbstoff-Griff, guter bis sehr guter, zart süßlicher Abgang.
