2012 Champagne AOC Brut, Champagne, France

Yeasty, somewhat vegetal scent reminiscent of white bread with yellow-fruity aromas and hints of white flowers. Slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, light nutty, vegetal notes, some more bread, hint of anise, fairly persistent, lively, very fine to creamy mousse, floral and red berry notes, not particularly deep, very good, sweet and juicy, some more floral finish.
